A quick fix during an electrical problem was appreciated. The restaurant offered nice food, though the bar area stood out. A mix of pros and cons overall.

The staff here are top-notch, super friendly and helpful, which made our stay special. The room was spacious and comfy, and the hotel itself is stunningly decorated. Didn't have breakfast, but the quick indoor tunnel to the airport was a lifesaver on a rainy day. Although the free internet was slow, the overall experience was great- just wish the billing process for extras was clearer. 👍

The hotel lobby was spacious and bright, complete with a cute little sweet shop and a luggage store. Unfortunately, the lack of clear signs making it tricky to find the hotel from Terminal 5 and the multiple unnecessary 5 am wake up calls were a bit annoying, but overall, a nice spot for a night before takeoff! ✈️

The advertised free WiFi at Sofitel London Heathrow was a disappointment. It was barely usable most of the time and even went down for a few hours during my stay.

The complimentary upgrade to a well-appointed and quiet room near Terminal 5, along with efficient check-in and friendly service, made my stay enjoyable.

I chose Sofitel for its convenient location near Heathrow Airport to visit the Longford Pump. Fabrizio, the manager at Le Vivre restaurant, provided exceptional service. The immaculately presented dishes and the expertly brewed teas at Tea 5 were delightful. The hotel's facilities including the spa and 24-hour gym were impressive.

Slow and disappointing restaurant service.

The Sofitel's close proximity to London Heathrow Airport allowed me to easily reach the View Heathrow Observation Deck and explore the surrounding area. Fabrizio, the manager at the Le Vivre restaurant, provided wonderful service, and the exquisite dishes infused with an "Asian twist" were a delightful culinary experience. The hotel's facilities, including the indoor pool, spa, and tea salon, exceeded my expectations.

The Sofitel at Heathrow is conveniently located near Terminal 5, perfect for early flights. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar offering delicious meals and drinks. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making us feel valued and well taken care of. The leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness center, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our visit.

Although the hotel provided excellent service, we did experience a few minor inconveniences. The electronic key occasionally had difficulty accessing our room, requiring us to seek assistance from the staff.

En route from Glasgow to the USA, we stayed at Sofitel at Heathrow Terminal 5 for 2 nights. Hassle-free access to central London via the Heathrow Express on day 2 and to Departures on the morning of day 3 was a major advantage. Winning the upgrade to a luxury room and Club room access as "Guest of the Day" was the icing on the cake! The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being right at Terminal 5. Everything was clean and new-looking, and the room was spacious. The dining experience at Vivre restaurant was excellent, with great food and wine. Sofitel stands out as an outstanding choice for airport stays, providing exceptional comfort and convenience.

The room had not been cleaned properly upon my arrival, with the bed left unmade. the lack of a socket or USB port next to the bed was inconvenient, and the shower made a buzzing noise when on full power, indicating a need for maintenance.

Great experience during my Xmas stay! the hotel is located just minutes away from the airport, which was very convenient. the French restaurant was a highlight of my stay, with beautiful dishes and an extensive wine list. the staff in the restaurant were so accommodating, making us feel like royalty. the room service was also very efficient and the housekeepers were always friendly and helpful. One of the best aspects was the online check-in, which saved us a lot of time.

The coffee/tea facilities in the room were insufficient. we were told that a £100 deposit would be put against the card but not charged, but this amount was charged immediately.

Bit pricey and out of the way if not in T5. Mini-bar's a bit basic, but room service saves the day.

Me and my crew had a blast staying there after hitting up the West End and checking out the cool shops in Oxford Street. The beds were mad comfy and the hotel is super quiet, perfect to recover from a night out. Plus, the golf club nearby was dope for some chill time.

But it would be way better if they had a sick rooftop bar or a club inside. That's the only thing missing for a lit night!

Despite my allergy request, Jair at reception was fantastic and went out of his way to accommodate me, leading to a comfortable and clean room for my layover in London.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar as it offers 45 purpose-built meeting rooms, including the largest ballroom in Heathrow. The facilities and services provided for the seminar were efficient and made my work experience smooth and productive.

The one service I missed for my work was a faster and more reliable internet connection in the meeting rooms.

I recently stayed at Sofitel for a quick overnight before catching an early flight from Terminal 5. The location was amazing, just a 7-minute walk to the terminal. The hotel had good parking options, and the staff in the restaurant were lovely. The bed was comfortable, and I particularly loved the pillows - squishy and soft but still supportive. Room service took a while, but the food was delicious. The housekeeping team was quick to address my need for a plug for my CPAP machine. a fantastic experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect for families, with easy access to fun activities like visiting Windsor Castle or playing a round of golf at the nearby Wentworth Golf Club. The hotel's seamless wheelchair service was a great help for my elderly mother, and the walk-in shower was very convenient. Additionally, the room service was exceptional, making our family stay comfortable and hassle-free.

My kids wished for a bigger kids' play area.

Loved the fancy Perrier Jouet champagne bar and the cocktail bar Sphere. The bed was so comfy I could've stayed in it forever. And the brasserie Vivre had breakfast, so I didn't have to go far for my morning croissant fix.

Shockingly, no complaints. Just kidding, the water in the shower was more of a trickle than a stream.
